This is a pretty free form method of study. At present there are not any lessons per say in a conventional sense. My endeavor will be to commit up to ten hours a week adding quite an assortment of lessons that will involve cultivating your ability to concentrate, meditate, contemplate and focus. These lessons will be applied to emotions, feelings, events, the body, the mind, the soul, imagination and all the other parts of your being in order to develop a level of mastery cultivating both a greater awareness as well as self control permitting you to have a much greater grasp of your surroundings. The typical perspective of mystic thought is that you are composed of Mind, Body and Spirit or Soul. The Soul is that part of you that senses when you are about to do something wrong, when danger approaches. Or even possibly when something has happened to a loved one. It is also that part of you that touches your mind to allow you to experience clarity. The body is the physical part of you and your mind is the Conscious, subconscious as well as super conscious part of the self. Very few achieve super consciousness for more than a few moments. However this is one of the primary endeavors of the Mystic Path. It is also refereed to as Cosmic Consciousness. The Hindus refer to it as Nirvana. References in the Bible refer to it as finding the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. A great deal of the Mystic Path tends to involve unlearning much of what you have been taught. Indeed there are numerous References to this. The Bible says at one point something to the effect “for unless you can see as though through the eyes of a child ye may not enter unto the kingdom of Heaven”. In other words the Mind and Body must learn to view the world and its surroundings with out the chatter and interruptions of the thoughts of all the academic lessons you have had but but things as they are untainted without preconceptions and learned prejudices.
