All things in the Universe move in cycles patterns and rhythms. Both great and small. The Sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening. The spring brings new growth and new life. The summer brings nourishment and fortification to that new life. The fall brings harvest, the winter brings rest to the earth. We get up in the morning, eat, work, play. Then sleep in a very cyclic manner. Even things as small as an atom has in its parts cycles of revolution much as the moon revolves around the earth around the sun. These lessons are to be more thought stirring and a means of reflecting on your own cycles and to harness their rhythms.
